Bring It
That’s just what “the Squad” did this weekend during the Practical Carbine Class. The weather was perfect for two days of “training like you fight!” Day one focused on BZO with iron sights, remedial action, immediate action, urban prone shooting and other challenges for the combat shooter. Day two began with confirming zeros with iron sights at 300 yards. There is nothing more satisfying than the “ting” of steel, especially when no optic is involved! The remainder of day two involved high-stress drills including a 30-shot barricade run and gun drill. “The Squad” consisted of gentlemen of all ages, from all walks of life and with varied levels of experience. Each one hustled and improved with every evolution, and each definitely learned more than expected. It was epic weekend with an amazing group of folks. We are looking forward to working with each of them again in the near future!
