This 4-hour sustainment training and observation session is for supervised static practice of fundamental pistol and carbine skills. For our returning shooters from the Introduction to Combat Shooting Training & Tactics workshop, this forum develops the skills necessary to safely participate in dynamic dual-weapon tactical training scenarios. Fundamental skills are practiced at the category II level. Students are introduced to shooting on the move.
At the end of each session, students are given the opportunity to pass skill level Category III testing for the pistol and carbine, and if completed, receive the Category III pocket card required to attend the Introduction to Advanced Engagement Training workshops.
This workshop is limited to 10 participants; the registration fee is $80. Participants will normally use between 200 and 300 rounds of ammunition for each weapon.
